Recipe of the Month: Watermelon Electrolyte Refresher

A perfect, all-natural hydration booster for the summer:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1 cup cold water

  • Ice

Instructions:
